STEP 1

How to make beef liver pate with carrots? To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance.
STEP 2

Cut the onion into half rings. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until slightly golden brown.
STEP 3

Rinse the liver, remove all films and veins from it. To easily remove films, pour hot water over the liver for 10-20 seconds. After this, the film will easily separate. Cut the cleaned liver into medium-sized pieces.

Peel the carrots and cut into large circles.

Place carrots, liver, fried onions (in the same order) in a saucepan, add hot water to 3/4 of the volume and boil over low heat until fully cooked (about 30-40 minutes).

Place the boiled ingredients in a blender bowl or food processor and grind them into a pate.

Add softened butter to the pate, salt to taste and beat again.

Place the finished pate in a clean container. Store the pate in the refrigerator.
