Strudel for the Easter table made from puff pastry

STEP 1

Wash the dried apricots and raisins thoroughly.

Heat the frying pan, add raisins and dried apricots. Add a little cream. And we start frying over low heat. Within 3 minutes.

Add our chopped apples. And push for another 3 minutes, add sugar. When the apples become slightly soft, add cinnamon.

And simmer for a couple more minutes.

Lay out the dough and slightly roll it wide.

When our “dressing” has cooled down a little, spread it on the dough.

And carefully roll it into a sausage.
STEP 9

Next, place in a baking dish, seam side down. And put it in the oven for 35 minutes at 190 degrees.
STEP 10

After 35 minutes, take it out and let it cool a little.
STEP 11

After 15 minutes you can carefully transfer it to a plate.
STEP 12

Sprinkle with powder.
STEP 13
