Thanks for the recipe! I really love squid, especially fried and a salad with it. I’ve never fried it with garlic, I’ll have to try it according to your recipe. I recently tried to cook peeled, frozen squid for 40 minutes. They turn out very tasty and soft, otherwise I constantly struggled with them when I cooked them for a minute or two. Either they’re not cooked enough, or they’re like rubber.
