Thanks for the awesome and easy to follow recipe. But I agree with Lenochka’s question about the red color of the gravy. Where is he from?

Well, it doesn’t really look like it’s red from the pepper. In fact, I would try adding tomatoes or pasta. I’ve never cooked lagman without tomato. Isn’t it delicious?
