Chicken sauce for pasta

STEP 1

To prepare the gravy, rinse the chicken meat in running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Fry the chicken in a hot frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry the meat over high heat for 5-7 minutes until the pieces become a beautiful golden color.
STEP 2

While the chicken is frying, peel the onions and carrots and rinse in water to remove dirt. Cut the onion into half rings or a little smaller. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
STEP 3

Add the chopped vegetables to the frying pan with the meat and fry everything together for 5 minutes.
STEP 4

Then add some tomato paste and a glass of hot water to the pan. Add a little salt and spices to taste. Mix everything well, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
STEP 5

While the dish is simmering, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
STEP 6

For the gravy, stir a small amount of flour in a glass of cold water. Peel and chop the garlic.
STEP 7

Add the diluted flour and chopped garlic to the pan. Stir, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Place some pasta on plates, place pieces of meat on top and pour over the gravy. Serve the dish hot, sprinkled with a little fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
