Alice, as far as I know, you can put even 10% fat sour cream in the cake dough. At least, I usually use this. But in the cream you need 15% or more, because it whips better.

Very simple and delicious biscuit! Only I baked in an electric oven, in the “hot air” mode (side fan with shade) on the second level at t 160 (in case it comes in handy for someone, otherwise I’ve gotten used to my electric oven and ruined so many dishes)
