STEP 1

How to make zucchini with sausage and cheese in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. My zucchini is young with soft skin. Weighing a little more than 1 kg. You can use any cheese, as long as it is easy to grate. Rinse the zucchini, tomatoes and onions well to remove dirt.
STEP 2

Cut the zucchini into circles, 1.5-20 cm thick. Remove the core from each circle.
STEP 3

Prepare two bowls for the batter. Whisk 2 eggs in one and add flour to the other.
STEP 4

Cut the boiled sausage into small pieces. Grate the cheese. Cut the tomatoes into slices, approximately 0.5 cm thick.
STEP 5

Add 2 eggs, sour cream and finely chopped green onions to a bowl with chopped sausage. Mix everything.
STEP 6

Dip each zucchini slice in the egg and then roll in flour.
STEP 7

Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and add the zucchini. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Then turn it over. They will be slightly toasted on the bottom.
STEP 9

Place the sausage filling in the middle of the ring, cover with a slice of tomato and sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Cook for another 3-4 minutes. The zucchini will have time to reach a soft state, the tomato will warm up well and become softer, and the cheese will completely melt.
STEP 10

Remove the cooked zucchini to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil.
