Zucchini soup with tomatoes and cream

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare a delicious puree soup, we prepare the necessary products.
STEP 2
Cut one kilogram of zucchini into randomly not very small cubes.
STEP 3
Place the chopped zucchini in a pan suitable for preparing soup, pour a little more than half the pan with water and place it on the stove while it is on to cook the zucchini.
STEP 4
Cut one bell pepper into random cubes.
STEP 5
Place the chopped peppers in a frying pan, after adding vegetable oil to taste.
STEP 6
Cut one onion into half rings.
STEP 7
Add the chopped onion to the pan with the bell pepper.
STEP 8
Cut two cloves of garlic into arbitrary slices and place them in the frying pan.
STEP 9
Grate one carrot on a coarse grater.
STEP 10
Place grated carrots in a frying pan.
STEP 11
Cut three hundred grams of tomatoes into arbitrary cubes and place them in a common frying pan.
STEP 12
Finely chop fifty grams of chopped dill and parsley.
STEP 13
Turn on the stove to medium temperature and place a frying pan with chopped vegetables on it, which we fry, stirring constantly.
STEP 14
Transfer the fried vegetables from the frying pan to the pan with the zucchini and, stirring, continue cooking for another three minutes.
STEP 15
Place the previously chopped parsley and dill into the pan.
STEP 16
Add two hundred grams of cream to the pan and mix all the ingredients with a blender.
STEP 17
Pour the prepared perfect puree soup into bowls and serve.
