Zucchini sauté without onions with tomatoes

Great vegetarian dish! Incredibly delicious. A very good combination of products. The only thing: I didn’t add onions to the pan because I don’t like them. But in principle it is needed there. Therefore, it is better to immediately fry carrots with chopped onions.

    Prepare the ingredients.

    Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the skin and chop. Peel the carrots and onions and cut into small pieces. Cut the zucchini into medium cubes. Finely chop the garlic.

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry carrots in it until golden brown.
