STEP 1
How to make a zucchini roll with minced meat in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat. I use minced pork for the roll. It is best to prepare the minced meat yourself by passing the meat through a meat grinder.
STEP 2
Wash the zucchini. If necessary, peel. Grate the zucchini using a coarse grater into a large bowl. Usually the juice comes out of the zucchini. It needs to be drained. You can even squeeze out the pulp a little so that there is no excess moisture in the roll.
STEP 3
Add eggs and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the grated zucchini. Mix everything until smooth. Add a little salt and spice to taste. Keep in mind that mayonnaise is already a little salty. Perhaps you won't need salt at all. Wash the eggs first to remove any dirt from them. STEP 4
Add a little flour and mix it into the zucchini dough.

Cover a baking tray (23*28 cm) with parchment or a baking mat and grease with vegetable oil. Spread the zucchini mass evenly over the entire baking sheet and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 15 minutes. Time and temperature are approximate, use your oven as a guide. STEP 6
At this time, start preparing the filling. Combine minced meat with grated cheese. Add chopped herbs and a little mayonnaise. Add salt and spices to taste.
STEP 7
Mix all ingredients until smooth. The meat filling is quite thick, but mayonnaise gives it a little juiciness.
STEP 8
Remove the zucchini omelette from the oven and evenly distribute the meat filling over it. Roll everything into a roll.
STEP 9
Return the roll back to the baking sheet and put it back in the oven for another 30-40 minutes.
STEP 10
