I made zucchini cutlets with minced meat. I used pork for the minced meat and did not add chicken fillet. Otherwise I followed the recipe. The cutlets turned out tender, juicy, and due to the addition of carrots they also looked “elegant” on the break))). I served them with boiled rice and vegetables. Thanks for the recipe, Julia M!

Cool recipe. The cutlets turned out delicious. Thanks for the interesting cooking option. Only I modified them a little to suit my taste: I added more zucchini and less meat. And yes, it is better to add fried onions to minced meat, not raw. Then there will be no unpleasant belching. This works with any cutlet.
