STEP 1
How to make zucchini cutlets with minced meat? It is best to prepare minced meat for cutlets yourself. You can use any type of meat to prepare minced meat. I have pork and chicken. Cut the meat into pieces and pass through a meat grinder.
STEP 2
Peel the onion, rinse in cold running water and pass it through a meat grinder after the meat.
STEP 3
Combine the minced meat and onion in a large bowl for easy mixing.
STEP 4
Also chop the carrots in a meat grinder and add to the bowl with the minced meat.
STEP 5
Wash and peel the zucchini. If you are using young zucchini with soft skin, then there is no need to peel it. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
STEP 6
Add the grated zucchini to the minced meat, squeezing out the excess liquid. If the liquid is not squeezed out, the minced meat will turn out liquid and it will be difficult to form cutlets. Add a little salt and spices to taste.
STEP 7
Mix the minced meat with your hands until smooth. Beat it a little on the bottom of the bowl. This is necessary so that the minced meat becomes denser and does not fall apart when forming cutlets.
STEP 8
Place some breadcrumbs on a separate plate.
STEP 9
Use your hands to form small patties and coat them in breadcrumbs. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and place the cutlets. Fry them for a couple of minutes over medium heat until golden brown.
STEP 10
Then turn the cutlets over and fry for a couple more minutes on the other side. Serve the finished cutlets with a side dish of potatoes, for example. Or complement the dish with fresh or baked vegetables. Bon appetit!
