STEP 1
How to make zucchini jam with lemon and orange? Prepare the ingredients for the jam. For such a dish, zucchini should be used at milky maturity, with tender skin and pulp and still with unformed seeds, always fresh and juicy.
STEP 2
Wash the zucchini, peel and core. Cut the pulp into small cubes. There are recipes for zucchini jam, where the zucchini is grated; such jam will be more uniform in texture. Place the zucchini in a non-oxidizing saucepan or cup.
STEP 3
Wash the orange and lemon, remove the peel from the fruit. Divide the orange into slices, remove the film from them, and divide the pulp into fibers. Extract the required amount of juice from the lemon using a juicer or your hands. Add orange pulp, lemon juice, sugar to the pan with the zucchini.
STEP 4
Pour in water. Place the pan with the zucchini and fruit on the fire. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat. Let the jam cool down.
STEP 5
Put the zucchini jam on the fire again, after boiling, cook the jam over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Remove the foam that forms on the surface.
STEP 6
Cool the jam again and cook again, now for 10 minutes from the moment it boils over medium heat.
STEP 7
Place the hot jam into pre-sterilized jars and immediately roll up the lids. Let the jam in the jars cool at room temperature and store until winter in a cool pantry or refrigerator.
STEP 8
