    Choose young zucchini. This type of zucchini has a thin skin that does not need to be peeled and there is no need to remove the seeds. Cut off the tails on both sides, and cut the zucchini itself into circles, 1-1.5 cm thick. There is no need to cut it very thin, since when baked, the zucchini slices become very soft.

    Minced meat must first be fried with onions in butter. This is necessary in order to equalize the cooking time of all ingredients. Fry it for a couple of minutes, then add minced meat to it and fry everything together for another 10 minutes. You can salt the minced meat a little and add spices to taste.

    For baking, choose any heat-resistant form. It can be made of glass, metal or, like mine, ceramic. Lightly grease the bottom and sides of the pan with oil and place the prepared zucchini circles.

Zucchini in the oven with minced meat and tomatoes turned out very tasty! My zucchini was small; I removed it from the garden about 1.5-2 months ago, so its skin had become rough and I had to cut it off. I also cut out the middle of the zucchini, removing the seeds. I fried the minced pork until soft in a frying pan along with the onion. I placed the zucchini on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and stuffed it with minced meat. I put tomatoes on top, mayonnaise on them (I added it myself for juiciness), then grated cheese. I baked the zucchini in the oven for about 20 minutes. When the aroma of melted cheese came out of the oven, I turned off the oven and took out a baking sheet. The zucchini looked very appetizing! They were cooked well, as were the tomatoes. The cheese turned into a delicate cap. It turned out juicy and very tasty! When I ate, I tried to get all the ingredients on my fork, because it was together that they “sounded” the most impressive!
