I prepared zucchini in sour cream and garlic as a complement to lunch. I had half a young zucchini, so I halved the amount of all the ingredients. My sour cream was very thick, so I diluted it with a little water to a more liquid state. I fried the zucchini rings for about 1-1.5 minutes on each side. The zucchini was stewed in sour cream for about 8 minutes. The zucchini turned out crispy, with a bright fresh taste and pleasant creamy notes. I would put more garlic, but that's my taste. I like it spicier. Otherwise it turned out very tasty. The whole family was satisfied. Thank you very much for the recipe!
