STEP 1
How to very easily and fairly quickly prepare a juicy casserole in curd and cheese sauce with sour cream, which many will like for its wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices with herbs for preparing a budget summer dish in the oven.
STEP 2
To prepare the dressing sauce, take a deep bowl and place two hundred and fifty grams of cottage cheese in it, then add oregano and salt to taste, then place one hundred grams of sour cream in the bowl.
STEP 3
Place four cloves of garlic, passed through a press, into a bowl, then break and add two chicken eggs to it.
STEP 4
Using a blender, grind all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth, then add a mixture of black and red peppers to taste.
STEP 5
Place half of one hundred grams of finely grated cheese in a bowl.
STEP 6
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until smooth and the dressing is ready.
STEP 7
Cut three young zucchini into arbitrary but rather thin half rings and place one of them in the first even layer in a suitable form greased with a small amount of vegetable oil.
STEP 8
Spoon four tablespoons of the prepared roux on top of the zucchini and spread in an even layer.
STEP 9
Place two more layers of zucchini in the mold in the same way, alternating them with layers of the prepared dressing sauce, then place the mold in an oven preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees for thirty-five to forty minutes.
STEP 10
Five minutes before cooking, remove the casserole dish from the oven.
STEP 11
Sprinkle the top of the casserole with pre-finely chopped herbs mixed with grated cheese and place the pan in the oven for another five minutes.
STEP 12
Cut the prepared zucchini casserole into portions, then place them on plates and serve.
