STEP 1

For zebra cake with yogurt you will need a small amount of ingredients. In order to achieve homogeneity of the dough, all ingredients must be at approximately the same temperature; eggs and yogurt (take natural without additives) must be removed from the refrigerator in advance.

Beat eggs with sugar, add salt. Beat until slightly foamy. Add yogurt, mix thoroughly.

Add flour to the egg mixture, add flour in small quantities so that lumps do not form. Mix well.
STEP 4

This is how the dough turns out. Divide the resulting dough into two equal parts.

Add cocoa to one part of the dough. To stir thoroughly.
STEP 6

Line a baking dish with foil and grease with vegetable oil.
STEP 7

And now put the dough on the mold, alternating light and dark. This process takes a little longer, but the end result is worth it.

Continuing to alternate, add until all the dough is gone.
STEP 9

Using a toothpick, form the resulting dough into patterns that will look great on the cake.
STEP 10

Place the dough in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake until done, check for readiness with a toothpick; if it is dry after checking the dough, then you can safely remove it from the oven.

This is how beautiful it turns out. The cake is ready to serve after it has cooled completely. The top can be covered with glaze or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
