Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients to prepare the yogurt dressing. Yogurt of any fat content is suitable, as long as it does not contain any food additives.
STEP 2

Place natal yoghurt in a bowl, add ground black pepper, pressed garlic and Italian herbs. If desired, you can experiment with spices by adding your favorite seasonings to the sauce.
STEP 3

Next add a pinch of lemon zest and a little lemon juice.
STEP 4

Also pour soy sauce into the bowl.
STEP 5

Mix all ingredients until the sauce is homogeneous. We taste the dressing and, based on our preferences, add additions to the sauce if necessary.
STEP 6

Serve the prepared yogurt sauce with the vegetable salad. Pour the remaining sauce into a jar and put it in the refrigerator. Since the dressing contains acid, which can cause the yogurt to separate, such a sauce is not prepared for future use. This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, so it is better to prepare the sauce in small portions.
