Yin Yang salad with prunes

STEP 1
Ingredients. Boil eggs and chicken fillet in advance. You can also not boil the chicken fillet, but bake it in the oven, wrapped in foil.
STEP 2
Pour boiling water over the prunes.
STEP 3
The salad consists of 5 layers. Finely chop the chicken fillet.
STEP 4
1st layer - coat the chicken fillet with mayonnaise.
STEP 5
Cut fresh cucumber into cubes.
STEP 6
2nd layer – cucumber, coated with mayonnaise.
STEP 7
Divide boiled eggs into whites and yolks.
STEP 8
Mash the yolks with a fork or you can grate them on a fine grater.
STEP 9
3rd layer – yolks, coat with mayonnaise.
STEP 10
4th layer – hard cheese, grated on a fine grater, coat with mayonnaise.
STEP 11
Using the end of a fork or a toothpick, apply a yin yang pattern to the lettuce. Draw a wavy line in the middle and use small glasses to mark 2 circles.
STEP 12
Drain the water from the prunes and chop them as finely as possible.
STEP 13
5th layer – lay out the drawing. First the circles: 1st from prunes, 2nd from egg white, grated on a fine grater.
STEP 14
Place prunes around the white circle.
STEP 15
Place egg whites around the black circle.
STEP 16
Leave the salad for a couple of hours to soak. Bon appetit!
