I liked the yeast pies with sausage in the oven because of their unusual shape and I enjoyed making them. I made the dough according to the recipe, only slightly reducing the amount of sugar. The dough turned out to be soft, sticky, and at the same time it peeled off well from your hands and the walls of the dishes; to work with it on the table, you needed to dust the surface a little with flour. Molding is not difficult, but it does take time. I had long regular sausages and short ones with cheese, so the pies turned out to be different sizes. Before baking, brush with yolk. They baked very quickly. By the way, I made buns with a sweet filling from the remaining dough; the dough from this recipe was perfect for sweet pastries. Great recipe, I’m saving it in my piggy bank. Thank you!
