STEP 1

Prepare the necessary products. Dry yeast can be replaced with pressed yeast, then you will need 7-10 grams. Immediately sift all the wheat flour.
STEP 2

Heat the milk in the microwave or over low heat. Pour warm milk into a deep bowl and add dry yeast. Stir the products using a whisk.
STEP 3

Add sugar and wheat flour to the yeast. Knead the dough and leave for 20 minutes.
STEP 4

Pour sugar and salt into the dough, stir until smooth.
STEP 5

Add one raw egg to the dough, mix the contents well.
STEP 6

Then pour in the melted butter and immediately add the vegetable oil.
STEP 7

Add flour to the total mass in small portions and stir until smooth. The yeast dough should be thick, but at the same time it sticks to the spoon.
STEP 8

Cover the plate with another bowl and place in a warm place; the dough should double in size. Knead the dough with your hands and divide into two parts.
STEP 9

Roll out one part of the dough into a layer and place in a pan lined with parchment. Make sides and put jam in the middle. Cut out patterns from the remaining dough and decorate the pie.
STEP 10

Place a rope of dough along the edge. First, place the workpiece in a warm place for 15 minutes, and then brush it with egg yolk. The protein can be frozen or added to another dish.
STEP 11

The pie is baked in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. Remove the hot pie to a wire rack and cool slightly until the jam thickens. Before serving, cut into pieces. Bon appetit!
