Yeast dough crabs

Very tasty air crabs. Do It! Very tasty air crabs. If you haven’t made them yet, I recommend making them. This is a German recipe. I usually used to make these but with baking soda. They turn out completely different by leaps and bounds. You can serve them with tea, milk, jam or honey.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Stir dry yeast in warm water. Let's let them dissolve.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Now take a large cup. Pour slightly warmed kefir, add cream and eggs. Mix everything. Next, add starch, sugar and salt, baking powder.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour in our yeast and add flour, knead.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

    Gradually add all the flour.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

I used 1 kg of flour. If the dough is still liquid and sticks to your hands, then add a little more. But the dough should not be tight. Cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Knead the risen dough. We do not cut all the dough at once. That is, we tear off a piece and roll it out on a table dusted with flour. Cut into squares, make a cut in the middle and turn inside out. This is how it turns out. Heat the oil, there should be enough oil for the crabs to float.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Fry the crabs. Place the finished ones on a paper napkin. Very tasty, airy. Bon appetit.
