Wild rice with tomatoes and avocado
An interesting combination of wild rice and avacado will not leave you indifferent. The recipe is very easy to prepare. Can be used as an independent dish or as a side dish for anything.
The rice turns out very aromatic and tasty. Since I'm not a big fan of "wild" rice, I prefer to use a mix. This is a mixture of three types of rice and it seems to me that the dish only benefited from this.

Tatyana, a good recipe and avocado is appropriate here, it has a pleasant spicy nutty taste and will give the rice a pleasant note, I’ll only add so that the avocado pieces don’t darken in the dish, it’s better to sprinkle them with lemon juice. And the vitamins A, E, D that are present in it , in combination with butter, will perfectly enter our body. A beautiful and healthy dish with many variations, thank you!

A very interesting side dish recipe! I love rice very much, I cook it often, although I always stew all the vegetables a little, and with yours without heat treatment, it turns out even healthier. True, I’m interested in the fact that avocado is strongly felt here, otherwise I bought it and it’s not very good for me... although I tried it myself, but as far as I know it needs to be combined with something, so I might even like it here :) and also, I’ve never bought wild rice, does it remain hard after cooking or not?

Irisha I don’t like avocado itself, but there are several recipes where I really like its presence. Here I don’t feel it much, but thanks to it the rice becomes more tender (this is my personal opinion) And rice for me is like spaghetti, you can undercook it a little so that it remains hard, or you can hold it longer so that it becomes more tender and soft, but in at the same time it was crumbly. So it’s a matter of taste and mood.

Tatyana, I also don’t like avocado itself, that’s why I asked. And about rice, I just once bought unpolished rice, they say that it is very healthy, I started cooking with it and no matter how much I cooked it, it was very difficult to chew it, its shell still remained hard, my family never got it I liked it, so I’m wondering what wild rice is like. I’ll have to buy a small package and try it, because wild rice is much healthier than refined rice.
