Wet chocolate cake
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make wet chocolate cake? Prepare your food. I measured the ingredients for this recipe into a 250 ml glass. Take milk of any fat content. Take natural cocoa; a drink like Nesquik will not work. The oil is refined, odorless. Add vanillin to taste, you can use vanilla sugar instead, then you will need 1 teaspoon.
STEP 2
Take a large bowl for the dough. Pour cocoa and sugar into it. Stir them with a whisk.
STEP 3
Pour in the milk in a thin stream and stirring constantly. Stir it with cocoa and sugar until completely dissolved.
STEP 4
Pour about a third of the resulting mixture into a separate bowl. Put it aside for now, you will need the sauce at the very end.
STEP 5
Beat in the remaining bulk of the eggs, add salt and vanilla. Salt works as a flavor enhancer in sweet recipes. Whisk the ingredients until the eggs are completely combined with the milk mixture.
STEP 6
Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. By doing this, you will not only remove possible debris, but also saturate the flour with oxygen, which will make the cake fluffier and airier. It may take you more or less flour than it did for me. Focus on the consistency of the dough. Read about the properties of flour and the specifics of using baking powder in baking in separate articles at the end of the recipe.
STEP 7
Pour in vegetable oil. Stir the dough until completely homogeneous. A whisk will suffice; it is not necessary to use a mixer in this recipe.
STEP 8
Prepare a pie pan. This volume of dough is enough for a small mold, mine is 20 cm in diameter, the pie turned out to be quite short. I lined the bottom with parchment and greased it and the sides of the pan with vegetable oil. Pour the pie dough into the pan.
STEP 9
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the pie for about 30 minutes. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven. You will learn more about how ovens work in the article at the end of the recipe.
STEP 10
Then take out the pie and pour the reserved sauce of milk, sugar and cocoa directly over the hot one. My pie rose very much in the middle, so the sauce flowed down to the sides. It's not scary, using a spoon I poured it all over the middle.
STEP 11
To soak the cake better, you can pierce it with a wooden stick over the entire surface.
STEP 12
Leave the cake to soak for an hour, and then release it from the mold and serve.
STEP 13
When serving, you can decorate the pie with berries. Bon appetit!
