Wet chocolate cake

Incredibly tender and soft, made from ordinary products! Wet chocolate cake is very simple to make and has a moist crumb. It is prepared from simple and affordable products, without chocolate. The moist effect is achieved by soaking the hot cake in cocoa sauce.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make wet chocolate cake? Prepare your food. I measured the ingredients for this recipe into a 250 ml glass. Take milk of any fat content. Take natural cocoa; a drink like Nesquik will not work. The oil is refined, odorless. Add vanillin to taste, you can use vanilla sugar instead, then you will need 1 teaspoon.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Take a large bowl for the dough. Pour cocoa and sugar into it. Stir them with a whisk.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour in the milk in a thin stream and stirring constantly. Stir it with cocoa and sugar until completely dissolved.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour about a third of the resulting mixture into a separate bowl. Put it aside for now, you will need the sauce at the very end.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Beat in the remaining bulk of the eggs, add salt and vanilla. Salt works as a flavor enhancer in sweet recipes. Whisk the ingredients until the eggs are completely combined with the milk mixture.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. By doing this, you will not only remove possible debris, but also saturate the flour with oxygen, which will make the cake fluffier and airier. It may take you more or less flour than it did for me. Focus on the consistency of the dough. Read about the properties of flour and the specifics of using baking powder in baking in separate articles at the end of the recipe.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Pour in vegetable oil. Stir the dough until completely homogeneous. A whisk will suffice; it is not necessary to use a mixer in this recipe.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Prepare a pie pan. This volume of dough is enough for a small mold, mine is 20 cm in diameter, the pie turned out to be quite short. I lined the bottom with parchment and greased it and the sides of the pan with vegetable oil. Pour the pie dough into the pan.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the pie for about 30 minutes. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven. You will learn more about how ovens work in the article at the end of the recipe.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Then take out the pie and pour the reserved sauce of milk, sugar and cocoa directly over the hot one. My pie rose very much in the middle, so the sauce flowed down to the sides. It's not scary, using a spoon I poured it all over the middle.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

To soak the cake better, you can pierce it with a wooden stick over the entire surface.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Leave the cake to soak for an hour, and then release it from the mold and serve.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

When serving, you can decorate the pie with berries. Bon appetit!

I’ve been noticing this recipe on social networks for a long time, and I kept thinking, how can you pour part of the dough over a pie? But I saw this recipe on the website and decided to try it anyway. Well, I liked it) The dough is easy to knead, you don’t need a mixer and you don’t need to perform any complicated steps. A simple whisk mixed everything perfectly. At the initial stage, I poured part of the dough into a gravy boat, it’s convenient to pour the pie out of it later (I spied it from the author)) I took the ingredients strictly according to the recipe, but I still cooked according to it for the first time. The middle of mine also rose, probably this is a feature of the pie, it looks like a cupcake, and the middle of cupcakes always rises. While the pie was baking, I stirred the filling periodically to dissolve the sugar. The hot pie was often pricked with a toothpick and poured with sauce. It spread a little towards the edges, but was quickly absorbed. When the cake cooled, there was nothing wet around it. The cake itself is richly chocolatey, soft, and moist. The structure is very delicate, like a cake. The aroma of chocolate is tantalizing) I thought that I could add a little aromatic alcohol to the filling, if the pie is not intended for children, of course. I would also like to note that the pie turns out to be quite small, so if someone plans to bake it for a large company, they will need to increase the amount of ingredients. This is easy to do using the calculator on the website. Thanks for the recipe!

This is one of my favorite recipes! A simple cake that always turns out, the main thing is not to forget all the necessary ingredients! It doesn’t even have to be soaked, the cake turns out great anyway, with a bright chocolate taste! As a filling, you can add any nuts, berries, sprinkle with powdered sugar or grated chocolate. Beautiful in any variation. My salvation when you want something tasty for tea, but don’t want to bother for a long time.

It turned out to be a very tasty, moist cake! I’ve been wanting to bake this for a long time) It’s more like a brownie, with a rich chocolate smell and not cloying. I soaked it with liquid redcurrant jelly, and then poured it over it, and decorated it with frozen cherries and powdered sugar. Thanks for the recipe!
