    How to make waffle batter? Melt the margarine in a water bath or in the microwave, let it cool to room temperature so that when combined with the egg mixture, the eggs do not curl. Pour the melted margarine into the egg mixture. Mix again.

I decided to make waffle rolls with boiled condensed milk for the first time. The recipe is great!! As usual, I love simple and quick recipes 😘 I mixed the dough with the children (which is again a big plus), and baked it in a multi-baker. 2 minutes per pass. I made everything according to the recipe (except for the filling). Waffles are very similar to an ice cream cone. The only negative (well, again, purely individually) is that I would put less sugar. It's very sweet. Although sugar is also different. This recipe yielded 18.5 tubes. I put two tablespoons. The tubes are long and beautiful, but difficult to fill. And then the last one, when there was only one tablespoon left, the tube turned out to be small and it was easier to fill. In general, I (and my whole family, especially my diabetic husband) really liked the recipe!!! Thanks for the recipe. Easy, simple, fast! P.S. Everything I love 😘😘😘

Good recipe. I'm counting on 500 grams of margarine. I'm making it for the second time. The first time we devoured it in 2 days. But my joint poured a lot of dough and it turned out very thick. I'll pour less dough.
