Of course, the composition of this delicacy is very high in calories, but sometimes you can pamper yourself and your household. Instead of margarine, you can use butter, it will be less harmful, but the quality of baked goods with margarine is no worse, but it is cheaper.

Beat chicken eggs into a deep bowl. Add sugar. Using a whisk or mixer, beat the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained; we do not need the formation of thick foam, the main thing is that the whites of the chicken eggs are completely separated.
STEP 3

How to make waffle batter? Melt the margarine in a water bath or in the microwave, let it cool to room temperature so that when combined with the egg mixture, the eggs do not curl. Pour the melted margarine into the egg mixture. Mix again.
STEP 4

Sift the wheat flour; this step should not be skipped. Flour should always be sifted through a sieve to remove the smallest particles of foreign matter and to saturate the product with oxygen, which in turn will make baking more successful. Add the flour in small portions to the bowl with the liquid, stirring the mixture each time.

As a result, the dough should have the consistency of liquid sour cream.

You can buy condensed milk boiled at the store or cook it yourself directly in a closed jar in a saucepan with water; 3 hours of cooking over moderate heat is enough. Let the condensed milk cool in the jar, only then open the jar. Use a teaspoon or pastry syringe to fill the tubes with condensed milk. The treat is ready.
