    How to make vermicelli with meat in a frying pan? Prepare the products according to the list. You can take any meat (pork, chicken, etc.) I took beef. Instead of tomato sauce, you can add tomato paste or fresh tomatoes. Use your favorite spices, I chose seasoning for pilaf.

    Rinse the meat well and cut into small pieces, about 2 cm wide.

    Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the meat over high heat on all sides until golden brown.

    Peel the onion and chop with a knife. To avoid irritating the mucous membranes of your eyes when cutting onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a slice of lemon before cutting.

    Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a medium grater.

    Add the onions and carrots to the frying pan with the meat and fry over medium heat until the vegetables are soft.

For dinner I cooked noodles with meat in a frying pan. It turned out to be a very simple, but at the same time interesting recipe. My meat is in the form of pork, it just gets ready faster. Fry the pieces until golden brown in a hot frying pan. And then stewed it with onions and carrots. I replaced vermicelli with buckwheat noodles and broke them into three parts. I usually boil pasta separately. And here everything is prepared together. I added water a couple of times and tested the noodles to see if they were done. It turned out just great! Tasty, satisfying and juicy. The meat is soft, soaked in vegetable juices. Noodles are also much tastier with this method of preparation. I recommend the recipe! Thank you!
