STEP 1

How to make vermicelli with meat in a frying pan? Prepare the products according to the list. You can take any meat (pork, chicken, etc.) I took beef. Instead of tomato sauce, you can add tomato paste or fresh tomatoes. Use your favorite spices, I chose seasoning for pilaf.
STEP 2

Rinse the meat well and cut into small pieces, about 2 cm wide.
STEP 3

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the meat over high heat on all sides until golden brown.
STEP 4

Peel the onion and chop with a knife. To avoid irritating the mucous membranes of your eyes when cutting onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a slice of lemon before cutting.
STEP 5

Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a medium grater.
STEP 6

Add the onions and carrots to the frying pan with the meat and fry over medium heat until the vegetables are soft.
STEP 7

Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper to the meat and vegetables, mix well and cover the pan with a lid, simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
STEP 8

Pour vermicelli into the frying pan, then add seasoning for pilaf and fill everything with water, continue to simmer under the lid until the pasta is completely cooked.
STEP 9

Wash the greens well and chop finely.
STEP 10

Throw the greens into the finished noodles with meat and serve hot. Bon appetit!
