Vegetarian shashlik of vegetables and mushrooms on the grill

STEP 1

We start cooking by thoroughly washing all the ingredients.
STEP 2

We will only marinate, so to speak, mushrooms. To do this, chop the garlic (using a garlic press will work perfectly), finely chop the herbs, pour in olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 3

Dip the mushrooms into the resulting marinade.
STEP 4

Cut the zucchini and corn into medium-sized slices (approximately 1.5 cm thick). Add a little salt.
STEP 5

And now the most interesting part: alternately thread the vegetables onto a skewer. And if for meat skewers I use square wooden skewers, then for vegetable skewers it is better to choose round skewers, because mushrooms and vegetables are strung on them much easier and do not rotate.
STEP 6

It turned out like a vegetable traffic light with mushrooms - it looks very summery. Time to fry!
STEP 7

Vegetables cook very, very quickly, so be careful not to miss them. On good coals, readiness occurs in 10-12 minutes. And you can serve it to the table.
