The carrots need to be peeled, grated on a Korean carrot grater, added vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt, sugar and dry spices (with the addition of coriander). Set the carrots aside and stir occasionally.

Place the broccoli in boiling salted water and cook from the moment it boils for 3 minutes.
