STEP 1
After we prepare all the necessary products, let's figure out how to bake vegetarian pizza with mushrooms and cheese.
STEP 2
So, first, knead the dough. Heat the water in a saucepan to a temperature of 35-40 degrees. Pour it into a deep bowl, add yeast and salt, pour in olive oil. Add the sifted flour and knead the soft dough on the table. Form a ball, put it back into the bowl, cover with a towel and place in a warm place for 40 minutes to rise.

While the dough is rising, let's make the filling. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices of medium thickness. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.

Place the mushrooms in a frying pan with vegetable oil, which needs to be warmed up a little first. Fry while stirring over medium heat for 7-10 minutes.

Add onions to the mushrooms and stir.

Fry for another 5-7 minutes, do not forget to stir.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into medium-thick slices.

Place olives cut in half on top of the tomatoes. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
