Vegetables on a home electric grill

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to fry vegetables on a home electric grill? Prepare your ingredients. Take young onions. You can take the tomatoes on a branch, so the finished dish will look even more expressive. Rosemary is better to use fresh, but in its absence, dried. Wash all the vegetables thoroughly. Remove the seeds in the pepper, cut the stalk, and cut the pulp into slices. They should turn out more or less flat, so you need to cut off the part that is too curved.
STEP 2

Peel the carrots and use a sharp knife to cut them diagonally into pieces about 0.5 cm thick.
STEP 3

Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and also cut into pieces about 0.5 cm thick.
STEP 4

Cut the heads of young onions in half, after removing the roots.
STEP 5

For champignons, trim the bottom of the stem a little and cut the mushrooms in half lengthwise.
STEP 6

Try to cut the cauliflower florets into pieces about the same thickness as peppers, carrots and pumpkin.
STEP 7

Leave the cherry tomatoes whole.
STEP 8

Peel the garlic and pass through a press or grate on a fine grater.
STEP 9

Place all vegetables in a deep bowl. Pour olive oil into the vegetables, add chopped garlic and rosemary and Dijon mustard. It will give the grilled vegetables an interesting flavor. Add salt and mix everything thoroughly. Place the vegetables in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 20-30 minutes.
STEP 10

Preheat the electric grill. My grill does not have a function for grilling vegetables, so I use the sandwich program. I do not grease the grill grates with additional oil. Place the mushrooms, cauliflower and tomatoes on the grill first. Fry the vegetables until browned.
STEP 11

If the size of the grill allows, you can load all the vegetables at once. I have a small grill, so after the first batch I wipe the grates with a paper towel and place the bell peppers.
STEP 12

Next, fry the carrots and pumpkin with onions. Place the carrots as diagonally as possible in relation to the strips of the grill grate. This will create a more beautiful design. Be careful with sweet vegetables: they burn much faster. Vegetables are ready in an electric grill at home. Bon appetit!
