I made vegetable cauliflower soup. I used frozen cauliflower, it was already blanched and the package said to cook for 7-8 minutes. So I added it at the very end of cooking. I boiled it for about 5 minutes in total, and the rest of the time it stood under a closed lid (I like it when the cauliflower does not boil, but remains not crispy, but hard). It turned out exactly what we needed! Very light tasty soup! If you serve this soup for lunch without a second one, you can add a little rice to it to make the dish more filling.
