STEP 1

How to make a salad of beets, potatoes and carrots? Prepare the products listed in the recipe. Boil chicken eggs hard-boiled in advance, cover with cold water until cool. Also boil the beets and boil the jacket potatoes and carrots separately until soft.
STEP 2

Peel the onions. Rinse it with cold water and finely cut into cubes. Place the chopped onion in a container and pour boiling water over it to remove the bitterness. After 10 minutes, drain the water, rinse the onions with cold filtered water and dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
STEP 3

Peel the cooled chicken eggs from their shells and grate them on a medium-sized grater.
STEP 4

Peel the boiled potatoes. Also grate it on a medium grater.
STEP 5

Peel the boiled carrots and grate them in the same way as other products.
STEP 6

Take a sweet and sour apple, for example, the Semerenko variety. Peel it and grate it on a fine or medium grater.
STEP 7

My cucumbers are pickled, but you can use salted ones. Cut them into small cubes.
STEP 8

Separately, so as not to stain other vegetables beet color, grate the beets.
STEP 9

I recommend making your own mayonnaise, it will be both tastier and healthier. The main thing is to use tasty vegetable oil, preferably olive oil. But, of course, you can buy high-quality mayonnaise in the store. You can replace it with sour cream or natural yogurt.
STEP 10

Place the cooking ring on a flat dish. If you don't have a baking ring, use a springform cake pan (18cm diameter). Place the first layer and press down the potatoes with a spoon. Coat it with mayonnaise (about 1.5 tablespoons).
STEP 11

Place a second layer of carrots. Also compact it a little with a spoon and grease it with mayonnaise. Spread the onions in a third layer, then the cucumbers and coat with mayonnaise again.
STEP 12

The next layer is boiled eggs and mayonnaise. Then grated apples and mayonnaise again.
STEP 13

The last top layer is grated beets. Apply a mayonnaise mesh on top using a cooking bag.
STEP 14

Before serving, cool the beet, potato and carrot salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
