Vegetable casserole with minced meat and cheese

Fry the minced meat with finely chopped onions until cooked. Salt to taste.

While the minced meat is fried, prepare all the vegetables. Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Add salt to taste.

We also thinly slice the zucchini.

Chop the pepper.
STEP 6
Grease a baking dish (I have a frying pan with a diameter of 24 cm) with vegetable oil. Place a layer of potatoes. Potatoes can be sprinkled with your favorite seasonings. I sprinkled with parsley (I use it while I have fresh herbs). Then add the fried minced meat.
STEP 7
Then a layer of zucchini, add a little salt. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and remove the skins. Cut into thin slices and place on a layer of zucchini.
STEP 8
Next is a layer of chopped peppers.
STEP 9
Beat eggs with milk.
STEP 10
Combine with finely grated cheese.
STEP 11
Pour the egg-milk mixture into our casserole and place it in a room heated to 180 degrees. oven for 50 minutes.
