    Place the frying pan on the fire, pour in the vegetable oil and add the remaining piece of butter. Warm over medium heat.

    Now let's see how to fry veal cutlets? To do this, we wet our hands in cold water and form the minced meat into not very thick round or oval cutlets of medium size. Place the pieces in a frying pan and fry on one side over moderate heat until half cooked - about 7-10 minutes.

    Turn the cutlets over to the other side and cook until done - another 7-10 minutes. Remove the cutlets from the pan and fry the next batch. When all the cutlets are fried, you can return them to the frying pan, pour in some hot water, cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer for another 10 minutes.

I made veal cutlets, they turned out tender, juicy and very tasty! I prepared minced meat from two types of meat: veal and pork, onions and bread, previously soaked in milk, passed it through a meat grinder and added it to the minced meat. I salted it, peppered it, added eggs, chopped parsley and mixed everything thoroughly. Lightly beat the finished minced meat. Formed cutlets and fried them on both sides.
