A simple and delicious potato recipe that will decorate any table. This recipe was born in our family when we decided to make our favorite potatoes with onions beautiful. And the carrots made the dish sunny... variegated... cheerful. So they called it “variegated potatoes”. Potatoes, of course, are loved by everyone, they even dedicated poems to them .     Now we take a frying pan, a grater and grate the carrots directly in the frying pan. Then add vegetable oil and put it on gas, the light is the smallest. The carrots should be slightly fried. I think by this time the potatoes have already been cooked. They need to be drained and cooled.

    Chop the onion coarsely and add it to the frying pan with the carrots.

    Mix the onions and carrots in a frying pan and leave on low heat.

    Now we take the potatoes and shred (cut) them directly into the frying pan into the onions and carrots, then mix everything and add salt to taste. Simmer over medium heat for 5 or 7 minutes.
