Vanilla cheesecake

A fragrant and tender cheesecake will delight the whole family with its taste! The cheesecake turns out very tasty. The chocolate base goes perfectly with the delicate vanilla flavor of the filling.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

    Let's prepare the cookie base.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Grind the cookies in a food processor until they form fine crumbs. Add cocoa powder and mix.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Melt the butter and add to the cookies.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Mix until moist, plastic crumbs form. If the crumbs are dry and crumbling, add a little more melted butter.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Use the resulting wet crumbs to line the bottom and sides of the mold (I used a 22 cm mold). We compact the mixture well and put the mold in the refrigerator.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

    Let's prepare the filling.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar into the bowl of a food processor with blades. Grind the cottage cheese until smooth.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

    Melt white chocolate.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Beat 3 eggs into the grated cottage cheese, one at a time (if the eggs are small, take 4), grind the curd mass thoroughly after each.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Add melted chocolate and starch and mix.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Place the filling in the pan and bake the pie at 180 C for about 1 hour. Everyone's oven is different, so be guided by the condition of the cheesecake; it should brown a little on top. My cheesecake baked for 45 minutes.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Let the cheesecake cool completely and only then cut it. Bon appetit!

My children's favorite treat. They ask me to cook this cheesecake more often. And for me, preparing it is a pleasure. Children need cottage cheese to strengthen their bones, and I’m glad that children don’t refuse it either. Great idea with adding chocolate! I already appreciate this addition to my morning breakfast. It turns out tender and appetizing! For the base I use regular anniversary cookies. I let it swell a little in milk and only then crumble it in a food processor. It turns out juicier. I recommend you try it!

Delicious! True, they used condensed milk instead of chocolate. It turned out no worse) Definitely a favorite)
