STEP 1
How to make turkey with mushrooms in sour cream in the oven? Prepare your ingredients. Take turkey fillet from the breast or thigh, it doesn’t matter. You can replace it with chicken or pork pulp. Mushrooms can be any kind, I have champignons. You can also use any broth, meat or vegetable, I used chicken.
STEP 2
Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and cut into medium pieces.
STEP 3
Wash the champignons and dry. Cut large mushrooms into quarters, medium ones into halves, and small ones can be left as is.
STEP 4
Dilute sour cream with water, add spices and stir.
STEP 5
Place turkey meat and champignons in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil.
STEP 6
Pour diluted sour cream over the meat and mushrooms. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 40 minutes.
STEP 7
Remove the turkey from the oven and place on plates. Serve the dish hot with any side dish, such as mashed potatoes or rice. Bon appetit!
