Turkey wings in the sleeve

STEP 1
The wings must first be washed, and then, after drying in a convenient way, divided into parts.
STEP 2
A turkey wing is delicious even when boiled. But what’s stopping us from making it even tastier! So let’s marinate it, salting it first and then sprinkling it with spices.
STEP 3
You can immediately, or a little later, rub mustard and mayonnaise (or sour cream) into the wings. Let them stand like this while the oven reaches its required 180-200 degrees, and you arrange everything for the side dish (15-20 minutes). You can marinate longer, even leave it overnight - to your taste.
STEP 4
Cover the wings with film and continue. After all, you need to prepare vegetables for a side dish.
STEP 5
Divide the broccoli into medium-sized umbrellas.
STEP 6
Then peel the carrots and cut them into long pieces lengthwise.
STEP 7
Celery does not need any processing, other than rinsing and dividing the stems into short pieces.
STEP 8
Let's combine this beauty and add salt to taste, season with your favorite spices and sprinkle with oil.
STEP 9
If the oven is heated, all we have to do is put everything in a baking sleeve and, tying it on both sides, put it in the oven (preferably on a baking sheet or in a frying pan - whichever is more convenient for you).
STEP 10
Then it all depends on the oven. On average, 30-40-50 minutes may be enough. Don’t forget to turn it over – you need to do this a couple of times so that this beauty doesn’t burn. We take out the contents of the sleeve, place it in a plate and season with sauce if desired. You can enjoy it!
