    Combine honey, soy sauce, mustard, black pepper and salt in a bowl. Add the pressed garlic. Mix everything well until smooth. I got this mixture.

    Rinse the turkey leg well in running water, pluck out any feathers if there are any. Dry well with paper towels.

For dinner I baked a turkey leg in the oven in a sleeve. I really love any meat cooked in the sleeve; it always turns out soft and juicy. For this recipe, I had two drumsticks weighing a total of 1.2 kg. Just enough for four people. For the marinade, I took all the ingredients according to the recipe, replacing the Dijon mustard with regular homemade mustard and adding a spoonful of ketchup. I took twice as much garlic. The drumsticks were marinated in a bag for almost a day in the refrigerator. Turn them over periodically so that the marinade penetrates the meat better. I also baked it for 1.5 hours at 180°. The turkey turned out very flavorful and spicy! Moreover, it is incredibly soft, juicy and tasty. The meat literally falls off the bone! The recipe is simply excellent, I recommend it!
