STEP 1
How to bake a turkey drumstick in a sleeve? First measure out the ingredients you need. Turkeys come in different sizes, so pay attention to this - I indicated the volume in kilograms. For some people it could be 1-3 turkey legs. I got 1 drumstick, as you can see.
STEP 2
Start preparing the marinade. There are no secrets or tricks here - you just mix everything in one container. If you wish, you can add something else for aroma and taste.
STEP 3
Combine honey, soy sauce, mustard, black pepper and salt in a bowl. Add the pressed garlic. Mix everything well until smooth. I got this mixture.
STEP 4
Rinse the turkey leg well in running water, pluck out any feathers if there are any. Dry well with paper towels.
STEP 5
Coat the turkey leg on all sides with the marinade. Place the meat to marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Cover it on top with a lid or cling film.
STEP 6
Place the pickled drumstick along with the marinade into a baking sleeve. Place sprigs of rosemary there. Tie the bag and pierce it in several places to allow steam to escape. Bake the leg in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 1.5 hours. Determine the time and temperature based on your oven.
