    We make a puncture in the stem of each tomato so that they maintain their integrity during the cooking process.

    We remove the leaves from the bird cherry branches and use them as a flavoring agent in the marinade.

    We put two and a half kilograms of tomatoes into jars, measure the boiling water by pouring it into a liter measuring mug and pour it into a two-liter jar of tomatoes, respectively, pour half a liter of boiling water into a liter jar and leave the heating of the tomatoes to cool for about twenty minutes.

    Place two branches of bird cherry in a saucepan, add five tablespoons of sugar per liter of water, plus two and a half tablespoons of sugar per half liter of water added to the saucepan.

    Add one and a half tablespoons of salt for pickling to the pan and place on the stove and bring to a boil.

    Drain the water from the cooled cans of tomatoes, after closing them with a special lid.

    Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and boil for two minutes, after which the marinade for pouring over the tomatoes is ready.

    Fill jars of tomatoes with the prepared marinade and add bird cherry to each sprig.

    Add one teaspoon of vinegar essence to a two-liter jar of tomatoes, or half a teaspoon to a liter jar.
