    Make broth from chicken or chicken breast by boiling the meat for 1-1.5 hours, then remove it and strain the broth.

    Prepare the mushrooms, peel and rinse well; I took dried champignons (50 g), pre-soaking them in cold water before cooking.

    Wash all vegetables and ginger root well under running water and peel.

    Chop the onion, garlic and pepper. To avoid irritating the mucous membranes of your eyes when cutting onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a slice of lemon before slicing.

I wanted to experiment and cook something unusual. My husband and I agreed that tom yum soup with chicken and shrimp is the same recipe that we will prepare today. We went shopping, but couldn’t find cherry tomatoes in any store, so we took ordinary ones. Also, not all seasonings included in the recipe are on sale in our city, but there are ready-made bases for this type of recipe. We took it without hesitation. By the way, these very “basics” give the very taste that is sometimes very difficult to achieve. We decided to “go for a walk, just go for a walk” and also took sheets of nori. We experimented a little and adjusted the recipe to suit ourselves. It’s incredibly delicious! I ate two bowls at once, but in general I would eat this soup every day, I’m writing this and my mouth is watering 🤤 On the 2nd day it infused and became even tastier.
