    Prepare spices. Crush 4-6 large cloves of garlic with a knife and cut into small cubes (a garlic press will not work), I added about a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon of adjika, a couple of teaspoons of sesame seeds

    Mix all the spices with the shrimp, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil (vegetable oil is also possible, but olive oil is better)
