They are thin, sweet and very tasty. You can stuff it with something. I prepared it according to the recipe. I didn’t boil the water, I just heated it in the microwave; I got water from a well. I also added salt, but I took 2 times more granulated sugar. She stirred with a whisk, pouring water into the flour. By the way, this was my first time doing this; I usually cook pancakes the other way around, adding flour to the liquid. The dough really turned out great, liquid and without lumps. I fried pancakes in a regular frying pan, greasing them at the beginning, with a diameter of 22 cm, I got 10 pancakes. They do not stick or tear at all. Thin pancakes made with water without eggs are tastier when eaten warm. Even if they cooled down, I warmed them up in the microwave. Additionally, I greased the pancakes with butter, sprinkled them with powdered sugar and served them with jam for tea. Very tasty pancakes made from the simplest ingredients! Thank you for the recipe, I used it as a basis, however, I made lean pancakes without salt, and instead of sugar I used fructose, and I also made a filling of stewed apples with cinnamon and added honey, it turned out simply divine!
