Tartlets with tomatoes and cheese

STEP 1

How to make tartlets with tomatoes and cheese? You can use store-bought tartlets or make your own. If the tartlets are large, then you will need 10-12 of them. I got exactly 12 tartlets. If the tartlets are small, then this amount of filling will be enough for 22-26 tartlets.
STEP 2

Prepare the ingredients needed for the filling. You can change the proportions a little by taking 100 grams of cheese and 3 eggs. Then the tartlets will turn out more tender and soft. Regular cheese can be replaced with processed cheese (such as Druzhba, Yantar) or sausage. You can also add chopped dill or any other herbs and cucumber to the filling.
STEP 3

Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Then grate them on a medium grater.
STEP 4

Also grate the cheese on a medium grater.
STEP 5

Peel the garlic cloves and pass through a press.
STEP 6

Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry and cut in half. If the tartlets are small, then the tomatoes can be cut not into halves, but into quarters or even narrower slices.
STEP 7

In a suitable size container, combine grated cheese, eggs and garlic. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste and season with mayonnaise. Mix everything well until smooth. If the mass turns out to be dry, add more mayonnaise.
STEP 8

Fill the tartlets with the egg and cheese mixture.
STEP 9

Place cherry tomato halves on top. Garnish the tartlets with parsley. You don’t have to put the tomatoes on top, but chop them finely (removing the liquid core) and add them to the cheese and eggs.
STEP 10

The tartlets are ready. You can serve them to the table. Bon appetit!
