A couple of years ago I cooked cannelloni once, they were dry and not fully cooked. After reading your description of the recipe, I decided to cook it a second time according to your recommendations. I made cannelloni stuffed pasta according to your recipe. Thank you for the amazingly delicious dish! I really liked the combination of minced meat with fried peppers. I chose minced chicken to prepare the filling. As the author advised, I added the onion, but grated it into the minced meat. I didn’t boil the cannelloni, I filled it raw. I prepared it exactly according to the recipe. The only thing is that I replaced the mozzarella with hard cheese. After filling the cannelloni tightly, pouring the sauce and immediately sprinkling with grated cheese, I baked it in the oven for half an hour at 180 C. Yes, there should be enough liquid in the sauce so that the tubes are not dry. I used 15% cream. Now this is the only way I’ll cook))) The cannelloni turned out tender, soft, tasty, the filling was juicy, the pasta tubes were completely cooked. This is an incredibly successful recipe!!! Unrealistically delicious!!! Thank you!
