Strudel with apples from lavash

Peel and remove apples from seeds. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice to prevent them from darkening.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, cut the apples into medium cubes...

..sprinkle sugar and lemon juice on top and simmer without a lid until caramel appears, about 10 minutes. Do not over-simmer so as not to make puree)))) Turn on the oven to heat up.

We do the same with the other two pita breads. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, grease with oil and place the rolls. I have a silicone mat, so I don’t need to lubricate it)

Brush the rolls with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar for a crispy crust) Place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
