Strawberry lemon pie with soda

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

DOUGH: Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
STEP 2

Add oil.
STEP 3

Add half the flour, baking powder, and the zest of half a lemon.
STEP 4

Add soda.
STEP 5

Add the rest of the flour.
STEP 6

Mix everything, the dough is ready.
STEP 7

Cover the bottom and sides of a mold with a diameter of 24-26 cm with parchment. Lay out the dough.
STEP 8

FILLING: Peel the strawberries from the stems and cut them in half.
STEP 9

Place the strawberry halves on the pie.
STEP 10

CRUMBLE: Mix flour with sugar.
STEP 11

Add oil.
STEP 12

Grind into fine crumbs with your hands.
STEP 13

Spread crumbs over strawberries.
STEP 14

PIE: Bake the pie until nicely golden brown for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Check readiness with a wooden skewer. Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan and then carefully remove.
