Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

DOUGH: Add cooled melted butter to sour cream, mix with a whisk.
STEP 2

Add sugar, baking powder.
STEP 3

Mix with a whisk.

Add flour.
STEP 5

Mix with a spatula.
STEP 6

Place the dough on the work surface and quickly knead the dough. It should turn out elastic and slightly loose.
STEP 7

Place the dough in a 26 cm diameter mold and spread it with your hands. Make sides 4 cm high, press lightly with a fork. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
STEP 8

CREAM: Add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, starch to sour cream.
STEP 9

Mix everything.
STEP 10

PIE: Place stemless strawberries on the dough in a circle.
STEP 11

Fill with cream.
STEP 12

Sprinkle coconut flakes on top.

Bake the pie in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees until well browned. Remove from the oven and cool well!
