STEP 1

How to stew chicken with cabbage in a slow cooker? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Instead of wings, you can take a leg or thighs. Wash and dry the chicken. It is better to use young cabbage, this will make the dish juicier. Remove the top sheets from it, cut it into two parts and then chop each part with a knife to the core. Peel the carrots, wash and grate on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and finely chop.
STEP 2

Turn on the multicooker to the "Fry" mode for 30 minutes. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and let it warm up for about 2 minutes. STEP 3

Add carrots and onions to the chicken, stir and cook for another 10 minutes, also with stirring, until the signal indicates the end of this stage of the process.
STEP 4

Add cabbage and mix everything well. Turn on the "Extinguishing" mode for 20 minutes.
STEP 5

10 minutes after the start of stewing, add tomato paste and add salt. Simmer the chicken and vegetables for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. If necessary, add a little hot water.
