Peel the carrots, wash and grate on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and finely chop.

If I have a multicooker, then it is not possible to close and open it and change the time. You can set the mode and dish. But then everything comes together. You can also cook them separately in a frying pan. If I try it, it will be with the stewing mode, 10 minutes. Since my Energy will boil the jellied meat out of the meat in 20 minutes. Indeed, when I open it, the bone floats separately and the meat is cooked very badly.
