  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make PP steamed turkey cutlets? Prepare your ingredients. For minced meat, you can use any poultry loin: breasts, thighs, etc. My greens are parsley, but dill will also work here. Instead of breadcrumbs, you can use white bread soaked in milk. Choose dry spices to suit your taste; you don’t have to add them at all. Wash the egg and dry it with napkins.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the potatoes and onions and chop coarsely. Minced potatoes will add fluffiness to the finished cutlets, and the onions will add juiciness. Rinse the turkey fillet under running cold water and dry with napkins or a towel. Cut the meat into large pieces.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour milk over the breadcrumbs and let them swell a little.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pass the prepared vegetables and turkey meat through a meat grinder twice. Rinse fresh parsley under running cold water and dry. Chop the parsley and add it to the bowl with the minced meat. Add a broken raw egg, breadcrumbs, salt, ground black pepper and dry spices to the minced meat to taste.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Mix the minced meat very thoroughly so that all the ingredients are mixed together and the breadcrumbs do not stick together in lumps. Cover the prepared minced meat and put it in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours. Cutlets made from chilled minced meat will be easier to mold.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Remove the chilled minced meat from the refrigerator and, with wet hands, form cutlets from it. You can make cutlets from all the minced meat, cook some immediately, and freeze some. Grease a steaming bowl with vegetable oil (to make the cutlets easier to remove), place the prepared cutlets on it.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

You can cook the cutlets in a double boiler, in a regular saucepan or in a slow cooker. I cook in a multicooker. Place the bowl with the cutlets in the steamer, cover with a lid and cook the cutlets for about 20-30 minutes until cooked. For the multicooker, I chose the “Cooking” mode, pouring water into the bowl. You can also prepare the side dish at the same time.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Serve the finished turkey cutlets hot. You can offer any dish of cereals or vegetables as a side dish.

An excellent option for diet turkey cutlets. I often cook cutlets for my child according to different recipes, this time I decided to make steamed turkey cutlets according to this recipe. For minced meat I used turkey fillet, parsley, and replaced the breadcrumbs with a loaf of milk, as recommended by the author. I put everything through a meat grinder, added an egg and parsley. The only spice I added was sea salt. I put the minced meat in the refrigerator according to the author’s advice. I made cutlets and cooked them in a slow cooker in the “steam” mode for 20 minutes. I froze some of the minced meat, as the author writes. The child ate ready-made steamed cutlets with pasta. The result was incredibly juicy, tender and very tasty turkey cutlets. Cooking is completely easy and does not take much time. There’s also some minced meat already in the freezer for next time, which is very convenient. Adults also liked the dietary and healthy cutlets with herbs. A very worthy recipe! I recommend you try it! Thanks to the author!

I prepared a dietary dish for my daughter - steamed turkey cutlets PP. I took ready-made minced turkey. Chicken eggs were replaced with quail eggs. Grated potatoes and onions. There were no breadcrumbs, so I replaced them with oatmeal, which I soaked in water first. My daughter doesn’t like greens in cutlets, so she didn’t add them. But I sprinkled the finished cutlets with green onions. I poured two glasses of water and added bay leaf and parsley for flavor. The water was cold, so I set the time to 50 minutes. The water just had time to heat up and the cutlets were ready. I cooked it in a slow cooker on the "steam" program. The cutlets turned out fluffy, soft and tasty!
