  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Let's prepare the products. You can take any vegetables you like. I have a frozen mixture, called “spring”.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

If you cook in a multicooker, then put the frozen vegetables in a special steamer tray, if you cook in a double boiler, then immediately into the steamer tray. Pour 1 liter of water into the multicooker and place a steamer tray on top. Close the lid.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Set the "cooking" mode for 20 minutes. In general, 15 minutes is enough. See how you like it. So that they crunch or are very soft))

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

After 20 minutes there is an amazing aroma of vegetables in the kitchen))

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Carefully transfer the vegetables into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Then pour olive oil on top. If not, then sunflower will do. But believe me, it’s more flavorful with olive oil)))

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

And mix everything very carefully. So the frozen vegetables are ready to be steamed in a slow cooker. You can serve them with meat, fish, or as an independent dish)

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Eat for your health) I served vegetables with sprouted pea sprouts - tasty and healthy))

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

    Bon appetit!

I steamed frozen vegetables in a slow cooker using this recipe. Everything is very accessible and simple. I bought a bag of frozen vegetables that included broccoli, mini carrots, cauliflower and yellow carrots. Placed frozen vegetables, without defrosting, in a container for steaming. I poured water into the multicooker bowl, placed a wire rack and a steaming dish on top. I closed the lid and cooked the vegetables for 20 minutes in the multicooker in the “steam” mode. Then I added oil and salt to the slightly cooled vegetables, mixed and done. The aroma is amazing! The vegetables turned out soft, juicy and appetizing. A bright plate of steamed vegetables attracted the child’s attention and he gobbled them up with pleasure. I served steamed vegetables with baked fish for a light dinner. Excellent recipe! I really liked the simple preparation. The dish is tasty, bright and healthy. Thanks to the author!
