Let's prepare the products. You can take any vegetables you like. I have a frozen mixture, called “spring”.

If you cook in a multicooker, then put the frozen vegetables in a special steamer tray, if you cook in a double boiler, then immediately into the steamer tray. Pour 1 liter of water into the multicooker and place a steamer tray on top. Close the lid.
STEP 3

Set the "cooking" mode for 20 minutes. In general, 15 minutes is enough. See how you like it. So that they crunch or are very soft))
STEP 4

After 20 minutes there is an amazing aroma of vegetables in the kitchen))
STEP 5

Carefully transfer the vegetables into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 6

Then pour olive oil on top. If not, then sunflower will do. But believe me, it’s more flavorful with olive oil)))
STEP 7

And mix everything very carefully. So the frozen vegetables are ready to be steamed in a slow cooker. You can serve them with meat, fish, or as an independent dish)
